One that has been effective for me is Upwork. Many years ago I also engaged the services of IT support and Graphics Support from both India and The Philippines, these team members are still with us almost 12 years later. At home, enlist the help of family members or professional caregivers to share the caregiving responsibilities. Delegation is a powerful tool in time management.
